Situated in the bustling East End of London, Bistrotheque is a hot spot for London's trendy socialite. Printing costs were high for London restaurant Bistrotheque, having to print menus and wine lists daily. It needed to find an affordable, in-house solution that would reduce costs whilst maintaining quality. Bistrotheque decided to opt for an all-in-one solution that would incorporate print, fax, copy and scan. The restaurant implemented the new HP Officejet Pro 8500 Series All-in-One.
