When it recently opened a major new customer support facility in Hyderabad, Satyam BPO needed to boost the performance and reliability of its links with clients in the U.K. This made it difficult for Satyam BPO to manage its business to required Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the addition of the new facility put pressure on the company's connection to the U.S. Satyam BPO worked with Verizon Business engineers to design and configure a Verizon Private IP service linking its Hyderabad office with the U.K.
