Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a company-wide business strategy focused on improving interactions with customers. Some organizations are interested in a solution that can be up and running immediately with minimal involvement of their information technology staff. Other organizations need deep integration with multiple business applications and may have a significant technology infrastructure investment already in place.
