Mike Erlindson is managing director of Soulfx, a development services company specializing in customized, Web-based applications and professionally designed Web sites. Mike was looking for an easy way to create site maps, wireframes, and process flow charts to share with clients. Mike had used other programs such as MS Visio and MS Word for tables in the past, but knew they weren't up to the challenge. Using MS Word for tables is awkward. Mike found SmartDraw's free trial on the Internet and decided to give it a try. Right away, Mike could see that it was much better than the alternatives.
