A Lecturer at the Muscat Higher College of Technology located in the country of Oman, which borders the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Sea needed an easy way to communicate complex ideas to the students, most of whom speak Arabic, and know English as a second language. Since most of the students have English as a second language, they maximize the use of visual presentations and explanations as much as possible. The Lecturer needed a program that could be used with MS PowerPoint and Word. They finally found SmartDraw, and liked what they saw.
