Expansion plans are driving the clients' need for rapidly expanding its delivery channels. A merger with a large retail bank further resulted in a comprehensive IT Systems consolidation effort. This resulted in the bank having to embark on a number of IT initiatives while ensuring that the current business operations were not impacted. As a consequence, the bank decided to outsource the support operations of existing IT applications while utilizing its internal team in its IT modernization activities. Blue Star Infotech (BSI) was selected as the vendor to manage its support operations. Using its templated project approach, BSI quickly established the required processes and governance model.
