Urban Maintenance Systems (UMS) is a premier building maintenance services provider to government and private sector organizations across Australia. The Service Connect solution integrates Microsoft SQL Server with Blackbay Service Connect product on a Windows Mobile 5.0 device for a unified data logging system. It tracks the complete job cycle and integrates instant, two-way communication between field and back end personnel.
