Manhattan Associates selected Microsoft .NET - connected software to build infolink, its new retail supply chain collaboration solution, enabling the company to bring its product to market in under four months and retain its leadership position in the marketplace. The company's decision has provided its customers - retail suppliers - with a cost-effective collaboration solution. The solution enables them to work together with their customers (the retailers), the e-marketplaces, and the emerging trading exchanges to tighten the supply chain and increase operational efficiency. Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000, one of the Microsoft .NET Enterprise Servers, plays a key role in enabling infolink to integrate with its customers' business partners. It was also a driver in the company's decision to build its new product using .NET-connected software.
