Baker Hill implements information technology to help financial institutions improve their business processes. The company's LiquidCredit Bank2Business solution, a hosted Web application, automates and streamlines small business loan processing. Built on Microsoft software, the solution is used by more than 200 banks throughout the United States. Microsoft technologies help provide advanced features, high uptime, and easy data recovery. Frost Bank, a Baker Hill customer with 79 financial centers in Texas, replaced many of its manual processes with LiquidCredit Bank2Business. The bank now processes small business applications in four hours, compared to two days with its previous solution. Frost Bank has increased the number of small business loans it processes from 100 per month to 350 per month - without hiring additional underwriting staff.
