The ease and speed of the Send button could lead to some embarassing moments. At one time or another, most of the users had Send button remorse. Users can delay the delivery of an individual e-mail message. They can also give themselves a few minutes to act after clicking Send by using an Outlook rule to delay the delivery of all messages by having them held in the Outbox for a specified time.
