Ringier AG, the largest publisher and media organization in Switzerland, wanted to take advantage of the latest communication and collaboration tools to accelerate the flow of information between employees and business units. Off late, Ringier deployed a Converged Office solution from Nortel and Microsoft. Built on fully integrated technologies, the solution was developed through the Innovative Communications Alliance between Nortel and Microsoft. As a result, Ringier is reducing its operating costs, driving a 20 percent increase in productivity, and simplifying its IT environment.
