Texas Instruments Inc. (TI), the world leader in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and analog technologies creates the semiconductor engines of the Internet age. As a VoIP pioneer, TI wanted to better utilize this technology to improve operations. Specifically, they sought to use VoIP to link their overseas offices to trim telecom costs. For the initial deployment, TI wanted to push VoIP traffic over connections linking offices in Texas to remote facilities in Mexico. After careful evaluation, TI selected Expand Networks' Accelerators because they were the most effective and expedient solution to accelerate the VoIP applications within their network.
