Kesteren Group has thirty years of experience in factoring, credit management, cash collection, and as a clearing house. The company wanted to streamline, automate, and enhance the end-to-end credit management process for healthcare and other customers in B2C sector. The challenge was to eliminate significant amount of manual intervention and overlapping business processes and to create a system with the flexibility to accommodate diversified customer base and comply with forthcoming insurance reform legislation. Kesteren Group deployed BEA systems for its solution and implemented BEA WebLogic Process Edition 8.1 and BEA WebLogic Workshop.
