In the UK, Prudential is a leading life and pensions provider with around seven million customers. The company wanted to overcome stovepipes of information and integrate various legacy information sources. The challenge was to make it easier for financial advisers to do business with Prudential UK, also to reduce cost, and enhance the overall service experience. Prudential UK deployed BEA WebLogic Integration and BEA WebLogic Workshop, together with Focus' goal:technology, to create a straight through, end-to-end processing environment.
