Hafele's tailor-made inventory control system, HSW, drives global sales of the company's extensive product range. This forms the leading-edge competitive platform for a high level of inventory availability. Migration to HSW2 was necessary to renew and secure a long-term technical perspective within a future-proof architecture. Hafele based the new development for its inventory control system on J2EE basic components. HSW2 operates in conjunction with the component framework JCoffee from BEA partners, Werum, and Zitecs. The HSW2 solution combines additional functionality, a more user-friendly design with a high level of future potential, and the advantages of a Service-Oriented Architecture.
