TC Group, producing audio equipment for the professional audio market, has companies spread across the globe. These companies were all using different Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, so there was no integration within the group. After implementing Microsoft Business Solutions - Axapta (now part of Microsoft Dynamics), the different companies now have one integrated system. This has given them greater flexibility and adaptability, has cut IT costs, vastly improved intercompany trading, and the group is better able to respond to its business needs as one unified entity.
