More difficult, however, is ensuring security when using a handheld device to remotely access confidential information on the corporate intranet. movianVPN is a software application that allows mobile professionals to use their handheld devices to connect securely to their corporate intranet, whether remotely or on-site at their company. The corporate intranet or VPN (Virtual Private Network) is accessed through a gateway server the user connects to by wireline dial-up or wireless access. This paper contains the information necessary to configure movianVPN on the VPN gateway.
