One of the largest youth rehabilitation organizations in the nation, headquartered in Sacramento, California Youth Authority (CA) wanted to transit to a standardized desktop computer environment while securing end-user support and performing installations within tight deadlines in security-sensitive rehabilitation facilities. As a solution CYA deployed 1,932 Dell desktops with a launch team made up of a contract project manager from Robert Half Technology coordinating with Dell, two internal project managers as well as training and installation vendors.
