This paper describes a performance project for SAP's billing and invoicing in SAP's contracts accounts receivable and payable component. This solution is used in various Service Industries, such as Electronic Toll Collection, Communications, Media, Public Transport as well as Postal Services. This new component is an extension to SAP's contracts accounts receivable and payable component available with SAP ECC 6.0 Enhancement Package 2. This paper covers the customizing choices for the billing and invoicing functionality and describes the scenarios tested.
