With the new NARES (NAtuzzi REtail System) portal, Italy's largest furniture manufacturer set itself the objective of using an advanced means of supporting the activities of its direct sales channel, which comprises approximately 280 outlets. Simultaneously, Natuzzi needed to build even closer relationships with the end consumer. The NARES portal, based on BEA technology, was developed to manage all the typical processes of the Natuzzi stores - from customer profiling to delivery tracking, which includes selecting the models to be purchased, defining their characteristics, creating quotes, confirming orders, invoicing, and warehouse management. All these activities can be integrated with the Group's existing back-end systems, as well as with the SAP system currently in deployment.
