Poste Italiane implemented a number of dramatic changes to improve the quality of delivered services. Achieving these results demanded the implementation of an organization capable of ensuring European class quality standards on top of supporting the deployment of more than 100 IT projects. One of the most important of these projects is the development of the company's Enterprise Portal. At the end of an in-depth and reasoned analysis, a BEA solution emerged as the one capable of responding most comprehensively to the company's requirements. They were well aware of the quality of BEA's products, having deployed their Enterprise Application Integration solutions for quite some time in Poste Italiane.
