The client, a boutique consulting firm created a custom application that uses several components of the Digital Clay Architecture to track and manage the complete customer life cycle from lead to sales opportunity, to project plan and delivery (engagement) to long-term account management. This was accomplished using out-of-the-box CRM functionality to link all aspects of accounts, leads, opportunities, projects and calendars, together with custom fields, tables, process steps and dashboards to monitor and report results.
