Once the user has created a personal mission statement - that is, a statement that defines what's important to the user and that helps him or her make difficult decisions when faced with the myriad choices that life presents  the user need to assess if he or she is spending the time in ways consistent with that statement. For example, if other people observe the way the user spends the time, will it be obvious what the user values? If the user say health is important, one would expect to see the user being physically active. If the user say family is important, one would expect to see the user spending quality time together. Is the user using the time in ways that reflect priorities?
