When the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) 6 Integrated Development Environment (IDE) - also referred to as the Visual Basic Editor - is used to add or edit a macro or module in the Microsoft Office 2003 program, the scroll wheel on the mouse might not function. That's because VBA is based on the Microsoft Visual Basic 6 IDE, which does not include built-in support for the scroll wheel. This paper provides the technique to add support for the scroll wheel to VBA 6.

Design of a Crawler With Bounded Bandwidth
This paper presents an algorithm to bound the bandwidth of a Web crawler. The crawler collects statistics on the transfer rate of each server to predict the expected bandwidth use...
Extended Description Techniques for Security Engineering

Object-orientation is a way of looking at the world as "classes" of "objects" in order to model the real world more effectively than traditional structured software engineering or other methods...
Process Reengineering and the Data Flow Diagram
In a structured design environment, DFD use proceeds in the following sequence (Yourdon, 1988): (1) hierarchical chart of system processes, (2) physical DFDs of the current system (both the Whats...
