The client is part of a leading company in the field of Network Storage. The client wanted to reduce their engineering overheads and was looking for a suitable offshore partner. With a technology as domain specific as RAID, building a good set of resources was a challenge. MindTree built a dedicated team of storage experts to help define the requirements and features of the product. This team was then scaled quickly using MindTree's internal skill sets. A knowledge building exercise was executed to help bring the team upto speed with the product's technology, the client's processes and tools.
