With revenues of about USD 400 Million in 2006, Crate & Barrel is one of the largest furniture stores in North America. The CCI initiative was extended over a span of 5 10 years. The scope of this project required proactive planning and development so as to ensure new technologies could be incorporated later. Building flexible solutions on this scale was a significant challenge. This team undertook the requirements of the CCI initiative and developed a framework of a solution portal that would integrate all the different business units of Crate & Barrel.
