ING Chile wanted to implement a flexible IT infrastructure on one unified platform, to systematize the budgeting process and consolidate reliable financial information, permitting quick and efficient development of its 3 years budget (MTP - Medium Term Plan). The challenge was to eliminate manual processes and reprocessing of information, to improve the quality of its financial analyses and avoid loss of critical business information to obtain accurate reports and facilitate better decision making. ING Chile worked with UniOne to establish a solid IT infrastructure, improving its system of projection and development of the budget and consolidated information with the help of Oracle's Hyperion Planning, reaching a high volume of data processing for distribution to various lines of business.
