Windows Deployment Services (WDS) is a server role of the Windows Server 2008 operating system. This webcast answers questions one may have about infrastructure requirements in various organization types, and scalability and/or architectural recommendations to prepare for Active Directory Domain Services implementation. The Infrastructure Planning and Design (IPD) guides are the next version of Windows Server System Reference Architecture (WSSRA). The guides in this series help clarify and streamline design processes for Microsoft infrastructure technologies; each guide addresses a unique infrastructure technology or scenario. IPD helps ensure that infrastructures are designed and sized according to required service levels and costs.
