The purpose of this paper is to invite proposals to provide Network Administration services to ARCH and four partner sites on the ARCH Wide Area Network (WAN). The ARCH Network Administration contractor ("Network Administrator") will provide a single point of contact for network operations, system administration and other specified technology planning, monitoring, and project management services on the ARCH WAN.
