Runtime Group - a Germany-based personnel services company - has 3,500 employees across 60 offices in seven European countries. Runtime Contract is a division that provides repair services. The original SAP solution used by Konica Minolta was unable to interface with the Sony WISE System and the Warranty Claim System, which obstructed operational efficiency and collaboration. Runtime replaced the original SAP solution with a customized version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 and Microsoft SQL Server.
