Regnan produces research for institutional investors on environmental, social and corporate governance risk. Regnan sat within the IT environment of its parent company BT Financial Group until it was spun off in early 2007. The move forced the company, which has complex information gathering and storage needs, to rebuild its IT architecture from scratch at a new location. Regnan engaged Microsoft Gold Certified Partner JayThom to install, integrate and host Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 for the new site. The software allowed Regnan's document libraries, email accounts and customer data to be accessed, organized and managed more effectively through a single portal. The new hosted environment has helped Regnan improve staff productivity, reduced errors, and has facilitated a more professional approach to clients.
