Professional Therapeutic Community Network (PTCN) needed to efficiently connect its remote network of childcare workers and counselors, and to increase the amount of time employees spent with customers by reducing the amount of time they spent doing paperwork. Since Agape Computing implemented a solution based on Microsoft Small Business Server, PTCN enjoys a connected network that can be accessed anytime, anywhere with reliable 99.99 percent server uptime. Employees are spending an estimated 80 percent less time completing paperwork, and 40 percent more time with their customers. This increase in productivity reduced administrative needs, resulting in a yearly cost savings of approximately U.S.$45,000. Combined, these numbers will result in a projected 20 percent increase in PTCN's business growth this year.
