The user can configure Microsoft Office Outlook to check the accounts for new items on a schedule and before one exits the program. If the user has only the default All Accounts Send/Receive group, the schedule will apply to all accounts included in that group. If the user wants to create a different schedule for different accounts, he or she should create a separate Send/Receive group for each custom send/receive schedule that he or she wants. Include all accounts that share the same send/receive schedule in one Send/Receive group. For example, one might have a personal e-mail account that one wants to check only once every three hours. The user also has another e-mail account that he or she want to check more frequently.
