A large energy services company serving over 2.2 million customers across six states deployed Mobility XE Mobile VPN to improve the productivity of its field service engineers. Prior to implementing Mobility XE, the company's utility application performed poorly in wireless environments and crashed when workers lost network connectivity. This meant users to re-start applications and often, forced them to shut down and re-boot their laptops. In addition to addressing these challenges, Mobility XE simplified network and application access for workers without expensive application and network configuration or complex logins.
