Rostan, a company founded by Adolfo Rostan sixty years ago in Rivoli, Italy, is an international supplier of dies for large tires, such as those used on heavy, industrial and farm vehicles. The company wanted to satisfy customers' design requirements and optimize dies for their production processes and boost accuracy to shrink cycle times. They deployed Siemens accurate importing of customers' elaborate CAD geometry with CAM software that supports advanced machining practices such as high-speed milling for software simulation of tool paths and machine motion.
