Developing a Mobile WiMAX ASN Gateway

The company wanted to help the customer achieve a challenging release path and a quick time-to-market for its ASN Gateway and to efficiently manage the costs of designing, developing, and testing the ASN Gateway. The challenge was to ensure the interoperability of the customer's ASN Gateway with WiMAX network entities and to develop embedded EMS; and integrate the Data Plane and the Control Plane. ? The company met the customer's aggressive development schedules and significantly reduced the project development costs. It also provided the customer a comprehensive solution including interoperability, porting, and testing the various chip vendors' code on the target hardware; and updating the system specifications to the evolving 802.16e standards.
