Singapore's fifth polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic (RP), was established on 1 August 2002, and currently has 3,700 students enrolled in various three-year Diploma programs. Republic Polytechnic wanted to provide a unique mobile learning environment for a new generation of IT-savvy staff and students. The company deployed Cisco Core Network with Cisco Catalyst Series Switches & Cisco Internet Routers, Cisco Wireless Solution and Cisco IP Telephony Solution.
