Swisscom, Switzerland's leading telecommunications provider, manages a large number of internal telephony systems. A growing demand for Voice over IP (VoIP) technology has prompted the organization to find a true unified communications solution while minimizing the loss of its existing investments. Swisscom deployed Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2005 and is currently migrating to Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007.
