Allegis is a leading international resourcing and IT services company. The company needed to provide Project Managers experienced in implementing complex technologies and working with methodologies such as PRINCE2 and ITIL. Allegis were also keen to develop the service offering in this particular area by identifying further opportunities where the group could add value. Allegis approached Innov8ive to provide a senior Programme Manager who could manage a number of concurrent projects on behalf of its client but who could also build relationships with key managers and individuals within the organisation. By delivering the project successfully and maintaining communication the client, Allegis hoped to open up new business opportunities.
