Using remote services, the 80-year-old Boeing Employees' Credit Union (BECU) serves its 340,000 members with only two financial centers, nine express service centers and fewer than 1,000 employees. Member requests for financial services and access drive the not-for-profit financial cooperative to manage its resources efficiently and to apply effective technology to meet its growth objectives as it broadens membership services across the state of Washington. To continue expanding member financial services and to maintain its growth objectives, BECU nimbly pushes out new services while continuously enhancing the quality of existing services.
