The company wanted to unify the operating systems in order to establish a flexible, modern and scalable platform. The challenge was to achieve full information access in a scalable and robust database that does not exist in Exolgan and accelerate port logistics operations within a framework of 24/7 availability, ensuring that operations meet productivity agreements set with the ships. The company worked with TAO-IT and Grupo Most to unify business systems and applications in a flexible and scalable platform. It also implemented Oracle Database 10g to integrate all information into a robust, dependable and accessible database. It deployed Oracle Application Server to interact with the company's Web site for an adequate flow of online and real-time information between employees and customers.
