Sports World is a chain of family fitness clubs in Mexico. The company has more than 10 branch offices in Mexico City and plans to expand to other areas of the country. The company wanted to find a technology solution that allows centralized financial information management. The challenge was to use a scalable application to support planned growth and access data from all company departments in real time. It also wanted to enhance integration between applications and equipment. The company implemented Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management solution. It also integrated 10 different fitness clubs independently of their physical location with one centralized solution.
