Conectiv Energy is a mid-Atlantic utility with nearly 635 employees, approximately 40 of whom provide around-the-clock coverage for the Bethlehem facility. Conectiv Energy did just that by implementing the SAP Service and Asset Management solution, which helps Conectiv Energy install, maintain, repair, decommission, and dispose of production-related assets. In addition, by using the solution's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities, Conectiv is now better able to manage its physical assets throughout the complete asset life cycle and efficiently perform all business processes involving asset management.
