Reichhold Chemicals is a billion dollar specialty chemical company that manufactures synthetic resins, emulsions and adhesives. Reichhold Chemicals realized it needed to increase its flexibility to quickly adjust to market demands. More importantly, the company required immediate access to accurate and comprehensive information to better respond to customer needs. Reichhold decided to implement SAP's R/3 integrated client/sever business applications on a Compaq platform using Microsoft Windows NT.
