Drake Precision Dental Laboratory in North Carolina manufactures custom dental prosthesis. Since 2004, the company has operated its business using Microsoft Dynamics GP. While the company was pleased with the solution, to support future growth and rising industry demands, Drake Dental Lab needed a cost-effective way to add additional accounting and customer service functionality to its existing Microsoft Dynamics GP solution. The company worked with Microsoft Gold Certified Partner InterDyn - Artis to transition to Business Ready Licensing, a pricing model that bases software license pricing on the number of users as opposed to the modules purchased. Business Ready Licensing enables Drake Dental Lab to support future growth by adding Microsoft Dynamics GP functionality as needed.
