Colgate-Palmolive Company, one of the world's largest consumer goods providers, is headquartered in New York City. The company wanted to upgrade to the new mySAP SCM and the SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization component for the company's North America division and improve system performance. The challenge was to optimize business processes and functionality and streamline batch processing. As a solution the company called on the SAP Active Global Support organization for advice on business process optimization following a mySAP Supply Chain Management (mySAP SCM) solution upgrade.
