Forensic Pathways creates solutions and services that facilitate discovery of forensic evidence. The company wanted to create a service that would help organizations identify patterns of behavior otherwise lost in complex data sets. Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0, and Microsoft SQL Server 2005, the company developed Maverick. This Web-based software as a service uses algorithms to analyze information that is stored in Forensic Pathways's data center. Forensic Pathways is building a long list of customers, including retailers and telecommunications companies that are using the service to identify customer behavior and critical data.
