Gamestec, which operates entertainment and gaming machines throughout the United Kingdom, wanted to automate procedures for its field-based staff. Now field-based employees no longer need to visit an office to receive assignments or close out work. Gamestec uses the power of the Windows Mobile platform to help automate data collection, revenue share calculation, and communication with machine self-diagnostics. With enhanced productivity and improved data accuracy, Gamestec has increased profits by improving its machines' uptime while slashing administrative costs.
