Symphony Services is a leading provider of outsourced commercial software engineering services, headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Employing over 3,000 people worldwide, the majority of its software development is done in three India-based delivery locations. As a software provider, Symphony Services needs to use and be familiar with the latest technology to ensure ongoing software interoperability, and commercial advantage over its competitors. In 2006, the company partnered with Wipro Infotech to deploy Windows Vista and the 2007 Microsoft Office system to ensure its software engineers are familiar with the new operating system, and all future products released are Vista ready.
