Since the mid-1990s, businesses, governments, and other large organizations have poured billions of dollars into implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), supply chain, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to help them re-engineer work processes, eliminate inefficiencies, increase productivity, and drive business change. These efforts have met with varying degrees of success. At Microsoft, the presenters are working to provide a better way. This webcast showcases Microsoft thought leadership in the business applications space, and it explains the business value created by uniting business process management software with personal productivity software.
